Interactive Training: How does that work?

Users are asked their perceptions after watching video clips of conflict. Their answers generate a unique learning path. The content, quizzes, and download-ready resources are personalized to replace their bad habits with effective conflict response.

Once they pass all three quizzes, a certificate of completion is emailed to them.
